Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

Sweepstakes promotions on gidit.com (each, a "Promotion") are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of VRLY Ventures LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible unless otherwise stated in specific Promotion rules.

Individual Promotions may impose additional eligibility restrictions (such as minimum age requirements or state exclusions), which will be disclosed on the Promotion page.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

During each Promotion's entry period, eligible participants may obtain one (1) free entry per day (or such other number as stated on the Promotion page) by visiting the Promotion page on gidit.com while logged into their account and clicking the "Claim Free Entry" button. Free entries have the same odds of winning as paid entries.

3.2 Paid Method of Entry

Eligible participants may also enter by spending Gidit Bucks (platform credits) as indicated on each Promotion page. Gidit Bucks are virtual credits earned through platform activity and have no cash value. Paid entries do not increase odds of winning per entry compared to free entries — each entry (free or paid) counts equally toward the drawing.

3.3 Entry Limits

Each Promotion specifies a maximum number of entries per user (combining both free and paid entries). Once you reach the maximum, no additional entries may be submitted regardless of method. All entries must be received before the Promotion's end date and time.

3.4 Agreement to Rules

Before entering any Promotion (free or paid), you must acknowledge and agree to these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Your agreement is logged with your IP address and timestamp for compliance purposes.

4. Drawing and Winner Selection

Winners are selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion period. Drawings are conducted by VRLY Ventures LLC or its designated representative. Each entry (whether free or paid) has an equal chance of being selected. The drawing date will be stated on each Promotion page or will occur within a reasonable time after the entry period closes.

The decisions of VRLY Ventures LLC are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

5. Winner Notification and Response Period

The potential winner will be notified via their gidit.com account notification system and, if available, by email. The potential winner must respond and claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification (or such other period as stated on the Promotion page). If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, fails to comply with these rules, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries by random drawing.

The alternate winner, if selected, will be subject to the same notification and response requirements.

6. Prizes

The specific prize for each Promotion, including its approximate retail value ("ARV"), will be described on the Promotion page. Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No substitution of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of VRLY Ventures LLC, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize details and values are determined at the time the Promotion is created.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Promotion. Each entry has an equal probability of being selected. Specific odds cannot be determined until the entry period closes.

8. General Conditions

By entering a Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of VRLY Ventures LLC. VRLY Ventures LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined in its sole discretion.

Entrants agree to release and hold harmless VRLY Ventures LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in any Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to our Privacy Policy. Entry agreement records (including IP address, user agent, and timestamp) are retained for legal compliance purposes. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the Promotion or as required by law.

10. Tax Liability

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES ON PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Winners may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. For prizes valued at $600 or more, a Form 1099 will be issued as required by the Internal Revenue Service.

12. Governing Law

These Official Sweepstakes Rules and each Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from a Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.
