- Customer Data Categories: Information you choose to share through the platform's consent-based data categories, such as personal demographics, location preferences, lifestyle interests, and financial preferences. You control exactly what data you share and with which vendors.
- User Content: Posts, reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content you create or upload
- Communication Data: Messages sent through the platform, support requests, and feedback
- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
- Verification Data: Information provided during vendor verification processes
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifiers
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions with the Services
- Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, search queries, and navigation patterns

Certain information is visible to other users based on your privacy settings and the platform's functionality, including your public profile, posts, reviews, and social interactions.
4.3 With Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Services, including:

- Wasabi / AWS S3: File storage

4.6 Aggregated or De-identified Data
We may share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. Vendor analytics enforce a minimum threshold of 25 customers to prevent identification of individuals.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our Terms).
- Account data: Duration of account plus 30 days after deletion
- Transaction records: 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- Usage data: 24 months for analytics
- Support communications: 3 years
6. Data Security
